We live in a world where we are constantly bombarded with images of all the things that promise to bring us happiness and make our lives full of meaning. But too often the reality is far short of the promise. This Sunday we will be considering the words of Solomon as we begin our new summer series in the book of Ecclesiastes. And on this weekend when we remember the 250th birthday of America we will lean into the wisdom of Solomon for us as individuals and as a nation. We will also gather at the Table of the Lord for communion to remember the sacrifice of the Lord on our behalf. Come and join us for a great day or worship together.
